Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Estimates

3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹999: Free standard shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹79 shipping fee.
- Express delivery: ₹149 additional (metro cities only).
- B2B/Bulk orders (>₹10,000): Shipping negotiated at checkout. Freight discounts apply.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC for reliable pan-India coverage. All shipments are fully insured against transit damage.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your EcoLogic account or by contacting future@ecologic.live.
6. International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We plan to enable shipping to select countries in Q3 2026. Join our waitlist for updates.
