Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for products that are:
- Damaged during transit (structural cracks, crushing, water damage)
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong product variant or SKU)
- Defective in manufacture (delamination, warping, contamination)
Non-returnable items: Products that have been opened, used, or where the original packaging seal has been broken, unless the product itself is defective.
2. Return Process
- Email future@ecologic.live with your Order ID, photographs of the issue, and a brief description.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided with your RAN.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Methods

4. Compensation for Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with more than 10% of units damaged, we will:
- Ship replacement units at zero cost within 3–5 business days.
- For B2B orders exceeding ₹10,000: apply a 15% discount on your next order as goodwill credit.
- For subscription customers: extend your current cycle by the number of days affected.
