Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit (structural cracks, crushing, water damage)
  • Incorrectly shipped (wrong product variant or SKU)
  • Defective in manufacture (delamination, warping, contamination)

Non-returnable items: Products that have been opened, used, or where the original packaging seal has been broken, unless the product itself is defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Email future@ecologic.live with your Order ID, photographs of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided with your RAN.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Methods

4. Compensation for Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with more than 10% of units damaged, we will:

  • Ship replacement units at zero cost within 3–5 business days.
  • For B2B orders exceeding ₹10,000: apply a 15% discount on your next order as goodwill credit.
  • For subscription customers: extend your current cycle by the number of days affected.
